To access the operating system of your brain, two coding languages are required:
Thoughts:
Thoughts are the language of the brain.
Feelings:
Feelings are the language of the body.
You must be able to read them if you are going to edit them.
Practice:
1. Awareness of thought.
2. Awareness of emotion.
Understand your editing tools:
Mindfulness:
a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
Emotional Intelligence:
the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
Editing Tools:
This video contains the voice of Dr. Joe Dispenza describing part of his technique to train your mind and design your brain chemistry.
It helps you access your subconscious mind by practicing mindfulness to witness your body's emotional response to your environment and noticing what thoughts you accept as truth that accompany those feelings.
Become conscious of your unconscious mind.
What are the thoughts that you fired and wired in your brain?
Go into the operating system where it exists subconsciously
and bring it to you awareness so it never goes by unnoticed by you again.
Thoughts are the language of the brain.
Feelings are the language of the body.
What are the thoughts that you've fired and wired in your brain?
IMPORTANT QUESTION:
Choose a feeling that you want to change.
How do you think, when you feel that way?
If there's an experience out there then there's an emotion that goes along with it.
Can you teach your body emotionally, what it feels like to be a genius and have unlimited mind?
What it feels like to be abundant?
Did you ever notice that when you're angry, your frustrated?
When you're frustrated, you're impatient?
When your impatient, you judge?
When you judge, you're envious?
When you're jealous, you're insecure?
When you're insecure, you're competitive?
also the antithesis is true:
When you have a love for life, you're joyful.
When you're joyful, you're allowing.
When you're allowing, you're patient.
When you're patient, you're creative.
When you're creative, you're spontaneous.
When you're spontaneous, you're poised.
What is the thought that you think when you feel that way?
Because that thought begins to create the same feeling that drives the same thought.
These are old circuits that you've fired and wired in your brain that became a hard wired program.
Now begin to observe those thoughts and become conscious of them so you never go unconscious again.
That thought won't slip by your awareness because your conscious of it now.
If you're impatient, the new thought might be, "I live in no time and I accomplish everything".
Possibility always finds me, the unknown.
The unexpected always finds me.
If you are unworthy, you may say, "I matter".
I make a difference in the world.
The more you rehearse it, the more the hardware is installed, the more it becomes a software program.
It's about a presence, an energy.
You become so involved in your internal picture, that the thought becomes the experience and you begin to produce the emotions as a result of that experience.
You go from thinking, to being, without doing anything.
You're changing your energy and broadcasting a whole new electromagnetic signature.
You're signaling new genes in new ways.
A psychic union is created and different compartments of the brain begin to shake hands. It makes you feel more whole.
Who is your best friend?
Who knows everything about you?
How you think, and how you feel, creates a state of being.
You have to become conscious of your unconscious thoughts...
