Life changing examples are going all around us and we are becoming more flexible in how we work. Sahiqa is looking to disrupt the talent industry with a tech based approach combining human intelligence & artificial intelligence. She is involved with starting the world's very first platform with AI assessment capabilities and crowd-sourcing through its own recruiter platform. She intends to offer smart contracts on the Block-chain.

Along with expertise in building businesses in the MENA region with particular expertise in Block-chain, Digital & Technology companies, Sahiqa holds strong passion for promoting the UAE on an international level.
