The Art of Knowing Yourself is a video about understanding who you really are from a psychological perspective. The closest thing to who we are is our values. Our values are thought patterns reinforced through actions and behaviors. Life values offer a direction and guidance in your day to day life. Knowing who you become easier and knowing your values allows for you to become the person you want to be.

Knowing who you are through what values mean most to you allowing you to know yourself in and out. You understand your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. Taking the values test will also help you with the three concepts down below.

1. They make decisions easier

Whenever you are faced with a difficult task, you can look to your values to determine how to move forward. Each value has certain actions that align with it in life. Look at your values to see how your current actions align with them.

2. The give us direction in life

Freidrich Nietzsche said, "He who has a why to live can bear almost any how." When you have a larger goal in mind through your values then the day to day monotony has more meaning. You gain motivation to live more authentically through your true self.

3. Feel PONO Bro!

When you live through who you are genuinely then life just feels easier. You are happier and spread that positivity to others.
