Question I've always wanted to ask: What term do you usually use to describe this topic? I used to know it as "self improvement" "self help" or "personal development" when I first learned about it - then when I started Lavendaire I intentionally chose the terms "personal growth" and "lifestyle design" because I liked the sound of those better (I actually really struggled with deciding this). I've noticed people outside the US call it "self development" and I've heard "self actualization" too. There are just so many options - what term do you use the most? Can we all just agree on one or two? Lol
