Why Perfectionism Isn't Perfect -- and How to Overcome It

I'm totally aware of the irony of posting a video about perfectionism five days late. I'm working on accepting not being perfect. It's hard. I'm probably going to watch this video more than any of you.

Of course... I'm posting it at 4am because I stayed up all night trying to get it just right sooooooo...I'm also working on accepting that I'm not going to be perfect at not trying to be perfect.
