Shareholders and Stakeholders Compared in One Minute: Definition/Meaning, Explanation and Examples

Most folks simply assume that "shareholders" and "stakeholders" are terms one can consider interchangeable. Let's make it clear right from the beginning: they're not.

A shareholder represents something more specific than a stakeholder, as you're about to find out.

Or, to put it differently. All shareholders are stakeholders but the same is NOT true the other way around :)
